You complete a health intake
Tell us about your health history, current medications, and goals. Your answers are protected health information, and we handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.
A licensed provider reviews it
A licensed healthcare provider through US Health & Wellness, our telehealth provider, reviews your intake and may follow up with questions before making a decision.
Your provider decides on treatment
If treatment is medically appropriate, the US Health & Wellness provider decides the medication, formulation, strength, and quantity, and issues the prescription. You don't pick a dose. If treatment isn't appropriate, you'll be informed, and our Returns & Refunds page explains what's refundable.
Partell Pharmacy dispenses and ships
If treatment is approved, the licensed healthcare provider issues the prescription. The prescription is then transmitted to Partell Pharmacy for dispensing and fulfillment.
